Nextel 312 Sleeving

TECSIL is minimum 96% silica braided sleeving that retains its strength and flexibility at a continuous operating temperature of 1800°F (982°C). Silica is a high performance insulation that offers protection at these continuous high temperatures and remains soft and flexible through repeated exposures.

With dielectric strength of 40 volts/mil, TECSIL sleeving is a perfect insulation for critical cooling lines, electrical leads, instrumentation wire and many other industrial applications. The insulated sleeve can be used in a wide range of environments and thermal applications. TECSIL is resistant to oxidation and most industrial chemicals, with the exception of hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, and strong alkalis,

Available in standard wall and heavy wall for thicker braid and longer thermal protection.

Other diameter sizes and wall thicknesses available on request.
